Facebook and Twitter help!
We have decided to do something out of the norm for most businesses. We are going to be offering free assistance through Facebook and Twitter. If there is something annoying you on a daily basis while using your computer post it on our wall or tweet us your issues. We will do our best to guide you through the process of fixing the problem. Just so people don’t get confused I will make a list of things we will help with over Facebook and Twitter and things we won’t help with. The only thing we ask is that you Like our Facebook page and follow us on Twitter.

- Software and hardware recommendations
- Smart phone app questions
- Not sure what’s wrong? Ask away! Take the opportunity to learn something new
Examples of unsupported issues over Facebook and Twitter:
- Viruses
- Downloading music/movies/programs from illegal sites
- Password help or recovery
- Copying data from one source to another (we can’t be held liable for data loss)
Basically if it involves something illegal or could lead to damage done to the computer or data we are unable to help for liability reasons. For serious computer problems give us a call and we can give you a quote.
